Summary

Overview

Project Brighton is Avnos’ commercial-scale demonstration unit, built to test Hybrid Direct Air Capture (HDAC) under real-world operating conditions. Located in Bridgewater, New Jersey, Brighton is sited alongside Avnos’ Technology Development Center, bringing research, prototyping and commercial-scale technology validation together on a single campus.

The project will validate Avnos’ technology at commercial scale, generating operational data and insights that will support future commercial deployments.

Funded by the U.S. Office of Naval Research (ONR), Project Brighton supports Avnos’ work to demonstrate Direct Air Capture-sourced CO₂ for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production. The facility became fully operational in September 2026.
